At ECHO HIGH, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality coaching and counselling services to help them unlock their full potential. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, reflecting the nature of our service-based offerings.

Our Commitment

We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our programs. We encourage you to book a Discovery Call and thoroughly discuss your goals with our team before enrolling in a program to ensure it's the right fit for you. Your success depends on your active participation and commitment to the process, as outlined in our Educational & Wellness Disclaimer.

Coaching & Counselling Services

This policy applies to our Personal Coaching, Group Coaching, and one-on-one Counselling sessions.

  • Cancellation Before Program Start: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any program, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session.
  • Cancellation After Program Start: Once a coaching program or counselling package has commenced, refunds are not available for the sessions that have already been delivered. The value of the time, preparation, and materials provided cannot be recovered.
  • Unused Sessions in a Package: If you decide to discontinue a multi-session package, you may request a partial refund for any remaining, unscheduled sessions. The refund will be calculated by deducting the full, non-discounted price of completed sessions from the total package price. A 10% administrative fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
  • Session Rescheduling & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Clients who provide less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") will forfeit that session, and it will be considered delivered. No refund will be provided for missed sessions.

Discovery Calls

The fee for the initial "Discovery Call" (e.g., ₹99) is a payment for a specific, dedicated block of our team's time. This fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to enroll in a full program afterward.

Digital Content

Any digital products or access to protected content (such as unlisted videos or downloadable materials) made available to you upon enrollment are non-refundable once access has been granted.

As stated in our Educational & Wellness Disclaimer, our services are for educational and self-development purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific personal, financial, or medical results.

Refunds will not be issued based on a client's dissatisfaction with their personal progress or perceived lack of results, as these outcomes are dependent on individual effort, circumstances, and application.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please email your request to govardhanthanniru945@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name and the program you are enrolled in.

Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
